With more than seven years of professional experience, Ms. Sunderhaus excels in training fire inspectors. She is responsible for managing operations, customer relationships and fire code enforcement, and supervising the staff. She previously worked as a forest service firefighter. She became involved in her profession because of her experience, and she attributes her success to her personal drive and determination.

Ms. Sunderhaus earned her Bachelor of Recreation Management from Arizona State University in 1992, and is affiliated with the Arizona Fire Marshals Association and the International Code Council. She also volunteers with the East Valley Firefighter Charities Foundation. In the future, Ms. Sunderhaus hopes to become a fire marshal.
