VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, July 27, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mark G. Willis, Co-Owner of General Management Solutions Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of consulting.

With 26 years of professional experience, Mr. Willis is recognized as an expert in ergonomics and safety management. He now lends his talents to General Management Solutions, a consulting firm that specializes in cost containment, ergonomics and safety. As co-owner, he is in charge of consulting on cost containment, risk assessment, ergonomics and safety in the workplace. Additionally, he is responsible for performing risk/hazard assessments and implementing the Workforce Investment Act for dislocated and adult workers. Mr. Willis established the firm in 2001 with his co-owner Michael J. Leep after 20 years in the industry. He attributes his success to the depth of his experience and to the quality of the education that he received.

In addition to industry-related training, Mr. Willis earned a Master of Arts in Counseling and Rehabilitation in 1983 from Marshall University. He aspires to establish a larger company within the next five years.
