Susan M. Coutts to Be Profiled in Exclusive Registry
Susan M. Coutts is in charge of the Office of Employee Assistance
FOLSOM, CA, September 4, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Susan M. Coutts, Captain of the California Highway Patrol, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in public safety.
With 25 years of experience in her field, Ms. Coutts is in charge of the Office of Employee Assistance. As a Captain of the California Highway Patrol, she is responsible for enhancing employees' overall well-being, reducing the potential for job-related issues related to family, health or psychological problems, working with mental health professionals, negotiating contracts for employee assistance, counseling for line of duty incidents and presenting debriefings. She became involved in law enforcement out of a desires to help others and attributes her success to hard work, integrity and following through.
Ms. Coutts received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Chapman University in 2009 and graduated with Latin honors. She intends to retire, work with emergency personnel in the area of employee stress and pursue her master's degree in psychology.
