Thomas Ferguson has more than 32 years of professional experience in the environmental, health and safety industry. Throughout his career, he has performed services for large property and casualty clients, including those in the retail, commercial, manufacturing, plastics, banking, finance and government sectors. Mr. Ferguson specializes in people management, communication, risk management and staff development. He is responsible for overseeing the National Accounts division of the Commercial Casualty group for global loss prevention, focusing on the management of consulting services, acting as the chief regulatory compliance officer and as the vendor management coordinator. Mr. Ferguson is recognized among his professional peers for his effective organization, analytical and communication techniques. Mr. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Science in Humanities from Iowa State University of Science and Technology, earned in 1976. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, National Safety Council and American Insurance Association.
