Toledo, Head Operation Management Department (OMD), Security Officer, Anti-Terrorism Officer, Force Protection Officer, Operation Security Officer, Security Manager and Postal Officer in the Director for Administration, OMD at Naval Health Clinic, Great Lakes IL, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in security services.

In her position at the Naval Health Clinic Great Lakes, Ms. Toledo is responsible for the Operation Management Department which includes, but is not limited to, Security Operations for the primary health clinic, seven additional clinics and support buildings; Personnel Security Clearance applications, including the maintenance of a proper level of security clearance eligibility for those who have access to classified material or access to government computers; Operation Security, which ensures the protecting of sensitive information; Anti-Terrorism, which ensures daily Random Anti-Terrorism Measures are conducted to maintain a level of awareness with all staff members and enable the command to be prepared in the event of a disaster, attempted breach by unauthorized personnel, or any event that would potentially have a devastating effect; Postal Officer, who ensures all US Postal Service regulations are maintained with high authority directives. She attained her position after serving 26 years in the military and attributes her success to the support she received from her now deceased parents.

Ms. Toledo is currently involved in the integration between the North Chicago Veteran Affairs Medical Center (NCVAMC) and the Naval Health Clinic Great Lakes. Her involvement in this first-of-its-kind integration includes, Security Operations, Anti-Terrorism, Force Protection, Personnel Security Management, merging Naval Directive with the NCVAMC directives.

Ms. Toledo volunteers at the North Chicago Veteran Affairs Medical Center to support veterans through the Veterans of Foreign Wars of United States Post 2245 in Grayslake, IL. She served as the Post Commander from July 2005 through July 2008.
