Dr. Uduak M. Inokon Recognized for Excellence in Pharmaceuticals
Dr. Uduak M. Inokon earned a Doctor of Pharmacy
BROOKLYN, NY, March 1, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Uduak M. Inokon, Drug Specialist / Investigator for the United States Food and Drug Administration, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in pharmaceutical current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
With seven and a half years of experience at the FDA, Dr. Inokon specializes in pharmaceutical current Good Manufacturing Practices inspections. In addition to pharmaceutical inspections at manufacturing plants in the United States and overseas, she is also a Commander with the United States Public Health Service (USPHS). As an Investigator, she enforces the regulation from "The Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act" to ensure that pharmaceutical products are manufactured to be safe and effective for human and animal consumption. She attributes her success to the inspiration she received from her role model, her maternal grandfather.
In 2009, Dr. Inokon received a Doctor of Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She also earned a Master's Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy in 1998 from Schiller's International University (Paris, France) and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Howard University in 1993. Dr. Inokon has obtained numerous regulatory outcomes for her inspections and awards including the Commendation Medal and the Outstanding Unit Citation. She volunteers some of her free time to international medical missions.
