In her current position, she is responsible for managing accounts, addressing client issues, directing the accounts team, conducting business analyses, and managing long-term projects. Ms. Cruz has devoted most of her 18-year career to Medco, a dynamic company in a fast-paced industry. Ms. Cruz earned her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in 1988 from William Patterson University.
