The Professional Emergency Management Team LLC is a company aimed at the provision of an experienced, all-hazard Incident Management Team comprised entirely of seasoned personnel, primarily to the oil and gas/energy industry but including shipping and environmental emergency event management. They offer spill response, safety consulting, fire and EMS consulting, security consulting, natural incidents, and training. The company can also act as a regulatory liaison for clients.

Mr. McKibben is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. He supplies staffing and experienced personnel to clients, and implements management terms. His success stems from his attention to detail as well as his extraordinary work ethic.

Prior to his ownership of the company, Mr. McKibben served as Anchorage Fire Department's first Health and Safety Officer and OSHA Liaison. Buck spent 8 years as a Safety Officer, OPS Chief and Logistics Officer for major worldwide oil spill response organization. He also owned and operated BBE Consulting, which provided fire, safety, emergency response consulting, and expert witness services. Buck is currently retired as Corporate HSE Manager for an international oil and energy support logistics and supply chain management company with operations spanning from Trinidad to Alaska's North Slope.
